We want everyone to be able to use and enjoy ThaiTripPlanner โ whoever you are and however you browse. We aim to meet the spirit of the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines and keep improving.
What we've built in
- Keyboard navigation throughout, with visible focus outlines.
- Semantic headings and landmarks, plus ARIA labels on menus, the planner steps and forms.
- Colour contrast aimed at WCAG AA for body text, and a light/dark theme you control.
- Meaning never carried by colour alone โ icons and text labels back it up.
- Large touch targets and a responsive layout that reflows cleanly down to small phones.
- Respect for your prefers-reduced-motion setting, so animations ease off if you've asked your device to reduce motion.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and a day-by-day text itinerary that carries the same information as the route map.
Third-party content
Some content we don't fully control โ most notably the advertising served by Google AdSense and the interactive map (Leaflet/OpenStreetMap) โ may not always meet the same accessibility standards. You can review or change your ad-personalisation choices at any time in Cookie Settings, and the full text itinerary conveys the same route as the map.
Still not right for you?
Accessibility is never "done." If anything here is hard to use with assistive technology, please tell us and we'll fix it โ use our Contact page, and let us know the page and what got in your way.
